Supersonic fibre woes
3 months running our internet access gets locked after months end and we have to go thru the Whattsap process to get online again. Turns out we’re getting locked with no explanation, accounts paid ok etc. Today again same story, waited 20 min before connected to person and halfwat thru they disappeared, happened twice. Now again online, corresponding with person after delay, now waiting waiting waiting

Telephonic response was excellent but inconclusive and still not resolved- we don’t know what’s happening with the service?? No info or update. Very annoying
