Supersonic fibre useless
For the past 3 weeks, my 10mbs fibre line, has been absolutely useless. I do speed tests and shows me 1.86mbs. Switched off PC and worked on wifi, same thing. Reported to Supersonic, they said that it shows 10mbs on their side. Switched on PC. Did test and showed 10.86mbs. Yet i cannot even get google chrome up, it takes forever. Tested by doing a download of a 14mb file. 7 minutes. My daughter is having the same problem.

This started happening shortly after the new box was installed. The previous one packed up. Even when i only use 1 device, on wifi, going into google or anything else, it says "reload page, taking too long to respond"
