Supersonic Fibre - *****STERS

I would like to warn the public about Supersonic Fibre. They are committing ***** by charging people for routers and sims that don't work. On 8th January 2024 I received delivery of my LTE router and sim that up until today don't work. I have contacted them several times and they still have been unable to resolve my issue. Their lack of knowledge from their so called technical support and customer service is shocking. I have even tried to cancel my month to month subscription and to date not one person from Supersonic was interested or contacted me to find out why yet they have already invoiced me for January. They promise to contact you shortly and then you never hear from them again. The public need to be aware that they are *****STERS. You will never get your issue resolved, they give empty promises. I am contacting KFM to make this public as they cannot get away with this. Be aware out there of such ****S.
