Supersonic Fibre - Pathetic service provider

This has got to be the most useless service provider ever! The call centres never answer on time and when they do they are unable to assist as they cannot determine any faults.

I have spent the last four hours today trying to contact their support team. Finally getting through, I was told that they could not find and daults and that they would call me back. Four hours later, and still no call back!

After calling back several times and after waiting on the line for more than 30mins at a time you get cut off.

I will be looking at other service providers after this experience...absolutely pathetic service from a service provider that wants to claim superiority.
