Supersonic Fibre Pathetic Customer Service

I have just signed up with Supersonic, but customer service is non existing. Router was delivered. Installation done following day. Strangely, the technical person leaves a message for me to call MTN to activate, but no number to call. No respo se from both call and whatsapp numbers from Supersonic. Also a struggle to get MTN. The automated machine give same response as Supersonic. Pathetic. I miss the efficient Afrihost coz this Supersonic business is pathetic. I need an alternative ISP asap.
