Supersonic Fibre (MTN) defies the Consumer Protection Act

My service arrangment with MTN Supersonic WIFI has been disasterous. Amongst other insults, they have violated so many sections of the Consumer Protection Act, and simply do not give a damn about it, including: 1. RIGHT TO DISCLOSURE AND INFORMATION AND INFORMATION, whereby I never received any conditions of service, until many months had passed, and they are unable to produce the recording of my initil discussion with the Sales Consultant.

2. RIGHT TO FAIR AND RESPONSIBLE MARKETING - The sales Consultant inotially offered additional services, which subsequently never materialised, resulting in my incurring additional costs elsewhere.

3. GENERAL STANDARDS FOR MARKETING OF GOODS AND SERVICES; No discussion of additional exits payments were discussed with the sales Consultants, particulalrly since a service contracted was only issued a year later, and no recording/proof of my discussion with the consultant is available / forthcoming. A 2nd MTN Supersonic consultant has recently confirmed that the present contract did not apply to me as the it was not in effect at the time I entered the agreement (2019).

4. BAIT MARKETING: Additional services were initially offered, but these were never forthcoming. As a result, I incurred additional expenses with a different service provider.

5. NEGATIVE OPTION MARTING: The verbal goods & services agreement (c/o the Sales Consultant) were modified (or incorrectly offered) to induce acceptance of the contract.

In countless attempts to resolve this with MTN, I was further **** to with **** promises. threatened, and even insulted with profanity.

MTN has done NOTHING to resolve this issue.
