SUPERSONIC Fibre just plain pathetic!!!

SUPERSONIC FIBRE- These people are pathetic at after sales service, in fact even when trying to get them to activate my account it was also a struggle. The worst part is that they have a whatsapp chat line, that no one responds to, and when they do eventually reply/respond, then they have absolutely no clue what is going on. My username was supersonicwifi or something to that effect, which I was fine with, then all of a sudden I get home and they had changed it to what is supposedly my surname"wifi", which is not a problem, but these idiots go and spell my surname incorrectly!!!! I have followed up with them ample times and I just get zero response, this is such a frustrating experience for me, I absolutely regret ever signing up with them. If you ever want to consider getting fibre, never use Supersonic, their staff are unprofessional and clueless.
