Supersonic Fibre is the worst

If I could give zero stars I would. My Fibre is paid every month. It is currently off for 2 weeks already. I've logged a call and was emailed to say send you router serial number and pics of the router which I did. It's shoes connected and billing but no internet connection. I am beyond ****ed I work from home and cannot do my job because my Fibre is off. You ppl do not pick up your phones, do u think I have the time to be on hold for an hour before someone pics up. Plz refund my payment and I'll go to another provider. Your after service delivery is disgusting. Call me immediatly on ***, if not I'll go to the ombudsman to have my matter resolved.
