Supersonic Fibre Is Pathetic

I have opted for the Fibre package for my house, it's been 3 months and 3 payments later no installation into my premises, I have called in weekly to find out what's the issue they have installed my Fibre into a premises where I am not even based and refuse to come out and fix it when I ask how do we fix it they tell me if I cancel it my 3 payment is forfeited I am having endless fights with Supersonic Fibre no installation but 3 debit orders already which they refusing to acknowledge and even come out and fix this issue I ask to speak to a manager every week the managers are avoiding me as well when I ask about refund they refuse to give my refund telling me it's not their issue they have installed it even if it at a wrong location my money is forfeited.. I request nobody uses such a company for Fibre this is ridiculous service from Supersonic and pathetic of them even refuses to return a clients money that has not even used this Wi-Fi not even for a single second of the day
