Supersonic Fibre

Useless support and products. i have a 20 mb fibre line with supersonic. when signing up in December 2020. i did have any problems up until 2 weeks ago. i use the line for work and gaming. i mainly play World Of Warcraft. my ping I get isn't great like most South Africans im getting 200 - 240 ping to EU server. the last 2 weeks i haven't been able to play at all. ping varies from 800 - like 10k even on 800 its completely unplayable.

I called them and they say to me that they use IPV4 servers so my international latency will be high. that's it end of story. Sorry for you!!!! I told them to then cancel my line ASAP. as i cannot signup with any other ISP until they release my Vumatel line. I have already tried to sign up with other ISP's but they have me locked in here with service and they say i can only signup with someone else after that calendar months notice. What kind of ******* is this.

I don't understand how i had fine international internet for 4 months and then all of a sudden I cant do anything international. I have speedtest screenshots traceroutes (which are mostly timeouts). My local speedtest results are like 7ms - 12mb down - 20mb up. I have a 20/2mb line with them. International speedtests are 230ms - 0.6mb down - 20mb up. absolutely pathetic.
