Supersonic Fibre - Customer Service

Worst service I have encountered in a long time, no sense of urgency, asks for the same information (Speed tests) over and over again. Does not return calls they commit to return, the Whats-app process does not work. Not able to log a new ticket on their webpage. They just do not care to resolve the issues you log, and the agents you work with, are very inconsistent. Second line support, promises to escalate, only to find that nothing has been done. At this stage I will not recommend Supersonic to any person I encounter looking for Fibre.
