Supersonic fiber terrible service

I have had the worst experience ever i bought supersonic wifi about 3 months ago im paying for a 1000mb down and 500 mb up line at R1300 per month but my speed is 4 mb up and down i have logged countless tickets and phoned them countless times i really hope someone can come back to me with this terrible service
