Supersonic fiber are ********s

Don't use supersonic fiber they are useless and ******** s robbing people blindly there watsapp line don't work they phone ring 25min to 40min before someone awsers then still give you the run around... They billed me R911 for a service of 20days . and 899 to cancel my service because i relocated..after all i found the fiber line on the property that i rented... Can someone advice me how to deal with this useless service supersonic fiber
