Supersonic Fiber

I would not recommend Supersonic.

This is what I wrote on my cancelation of Supersonic Fiber:

Example: 1) I called in for high latency to the server I was connecting too, and was explained from your tech that it is my RAM that is the issue. Suggestion explain to your team what is the difference between FPS AND SERVER PING is. He continued to explain to me how pc speeds can affect internet speeds... This is an absolute joke made me laugh (thanks).

The price is near the ball park but still way too high for just a company that runs on a frogfoot backbone. I can get the same speeds and better on the SAME backbone (frogfoot) for way cheaper.

I would say most if not all phone calls time it is on average between 15/20min wait time for any help or assistance.

I joined Supersonic because I believed to be the best. I have been horribly incorrect, it is actually the opposite. Sub par at best.
