Supersonic **** product descriptions and poor attitude to clients

Supersonic fixed lte is a complete joke, they promise no throttling however for the past 3 weeks from 8 -12 pm I have been slow speeds. Customer service doesn't know what to do, promises of sending the query to technicians however they **** about that. They don't give you a reference number on your queries to avoid ICASA complaints and they have the least professional consultants, everytime I query the issue, they do the same thing with no improvement, they don't even want to help, there social media department also has no ethos for anything. They promise on there site that certain services are good for gaming however it is not true. I am spending a lot on uncapped yet everyday from 8 to 12 I don't even get 1Mb/s download speeds. It is funny that they promise uncapped and unthrottled lines yet everyday at a fixed time the download speed is throttled. I cannot believe that they prevent ICASA complaints by not providing reference numbers to there queries
