Supersonic failure

5 days of listening to your call is important to us please hold our superstars are currently busy. AND NO ANSWER AT ALL 20 minutes at a time. Billing us for a package we don’t even have at triple the amount we usually pay monthly. Nepic was soooooo much better and atleast they were concerned about their customers. Supersonic just doesn’t care and they try to put through incorrect billing amounts. Emails don’t even get responded to. Utterly disgusted with this company and their service.
