Supersonic failing dismally

First of all Vumatel/Suersonic is failing dismally to keep up with the demand they now have, with technical issues that they struggle to resolve because it is impossible to get hold of them, whether on Watsapp or over a call, whether you call them at 08h00 or not, not sure if they operating on Skeleton staff or what, another one of their issues. The recent one, there must be a money driven genius they hired to come up with the new pop-up message prompting payment, that is fine, however with this our connectivity is now disconnected, yet the message on the pop up screen says my account is active for one more day, tell me why they are now cutting off our service a day early, and then surprise, surprise when I tried to enquire I called at 08h09 no answer, I watsapped and got a message that I was getting transferred to an agent Saaid, and they just never answered me it’s been almost 2 hours…anyone care to suggest who I can ditch this horrible company for😩
