Supersonic failed to contact back on service cancelation

We canceled our internet and gave a month's notice of which they still took the full debit order for the next month!!! Bunch of assholes!! No contact was made on their side and they kept saying some one will contact us back!! Will NOT recommend this service provider!! *******!!!
