Supersonic fail to deliver

Good day

I am tired of coming here to get these people to do what they promised!!! I paid for 5 devices on Monday and only received 3 on Tuesday and one Wednesday. I called yesterday and was told that it is escalated and someone will call me, nothing happened. I called today again and was told the same again, and still waiting for a call. I have tried their whatsapp service, but Joyce has totally ignored me now!!! I just want what I paid for. Is that too much to ask???

This is frustrating and inconveniencing, having to spend the whole day waiting for a delivery and having to print over and over again!!! I am done with them for good!!
