Supersonic - Easy to Join, They will keep taking you money when you cancell

Its exactly 3 to 4 months since I cancelled my service with this terrible provider - In January they reply to me saying they apologize for inconvenience - exactly 4 months since i 1st reported that their are incorrectly debiting my account - I have not had a single call - Instead the R499 service that i already cancelled - they keeps debiting my card R998 - every month i mail them and every month no reply - to the point where i went to the ombudsman - they are refusing to cancel my service and are now *******ly debiting my account - I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU ANYMORE. I want all my money back - I will keep taking this further
