Supersonic

Had a problem with no internet for November and December last year. Was told they would look into in. Every time they say they would get back to me, no luck. It is like filling fuel in your car and only getting a quarter tank but have to pay for a full tank. Absolutely useless, i am not going to pay for something i don't receive. They just ignore me, even after suspending the services they just keep on billing.
