Supersonic down the drain

Don't sign up for this people. they are the worst service provider. if i must choose between Supersonic and Rain internet, I will choose Rain. You receive your account from Supersonic every month. But for weeks now, you cannot access their whatsapp service. If you ohone the number the provide, they tell you "please stay on the line, you are important to us", but you stay on the line until R200 airtime is gone, and the NEVER respond to emails. My wifi speed is 0.8 download an 0.5 upload. I pay R500 monthly for a service I don't get. BEWARE. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR PROMISES. I'M FED UP!!!!
