Supersonic - Don't waste your time and money.

I wrote a review on Hellopeter on the 26th of March 2024 about how bad Supersonic's service is and how they charge people incorrectly and then they get a debt collection agency to harass you. They responded on the 2nd of April to say they will look into the matter. Do not trust this company!! They did nothing. I am still being harassed by the debt collection agency. I have emailed them and called them. They say they will do something but they don't. They don't care. They don't respond. Calls to them are always a minimum of 25 minutes before someone answers. This business should not be allowed to deal with customers. Don't waste your time and money on these people. 100% chance that you will be extremely disappointed and then you will have months of problems.
