Supersonic - don't dare if you expect any service.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. How a company can operate with totally ******** and untrained staff and get away with signing new clients. 1week later and still not closer to any resolution. Line drops, inconsistent speed. And just know they will try ware you down by putting you on hold again and again... 36 mins and counting now. You should not be in business with the level of service you give.
