Supersonic doesn’t wanna pay back my money
Supersonic owes me money & now says that I was allegedly in arrears & they don’t need my proof of payments because their system says that I was in arrears & they don’t owe me anything, you can’t get through to them telephonically, only on WhatsApp, I have been a loyal client for a few years now, never once missed a payment, 30/01/24 I managed to speak to someone at supersonic & got a ticket reference, I was told it takes 21 days for refund, I’ve waited & waited, now after I contacted them again their accounts department allegedly is saying that I missed a payment & the double payment supposedly covere the arrears, we don’t need your proof of payment s is what I was told via WhatsApp

10 Apr 2024, 11:17Today is April the 10th 2024 ,since Supersonic reply on the 26th of Feb 2024 & lodging a dispute against them with the ISPA , I still haven't received my then R649 which by the way is now R1730 due to them loading invalid debit orders to my account .they play around with numbers ,no one who you chat to via WhatsApp nor via telephonic conversation has authority to change anything on your profile ,all they do is log tickets with request.
WhatsApp consultant have multiple chats going on so you are not important to them.
I have requested via email & my online profile for my account to be closed, hopefully it will happen before another debit order goes off. Yes i gave 30 day notice as per their requirements
