Supersonic does not value existing customers

In Oct I noticed that Supersonic are offering the 10/10 service for the which I am paying R695, at a price of R499 to new customers. I queried this and was told they have not had a chance to communicate with existing customers.

So the logic is that they should stop over charging and change my rate to R499 for the month of Oct.

So conclusion - new customers are more important than existing customers. A month later and still no communication. Question, why don't they just reduce the rate?

I then asked that they provide me with the new 20/20 service at R599, as their WhatsApp provides for upgrades/downgrades. This was done so my expectation is that for part of Oct I will pay R499 and for the rest of Oct I will pay R599 on pro-rata basis.

What do i get billed - R889.23

This does not look like a provider trying its best to be fair to customers. There is no logic in how they got to R889.23 other than still charging me the R695 for Oct plus a proportion of R599 for Oct.

Earlier this year they billed me for 7 days while they could not get their service to work. I requested a credit and this call was simply ignored and the call closed.
