Supersonic does not care at all about their customers
Since writing the review a week ago the only response I got from supersonic was a measly email claiming to contact me so we can get to the crux of the matter. I don’t even know why I didn’t just choose well known companies you can trace like MTN or mweb. I reported this problem a month ago through their call center .

That’s exactly what you said last time and no one contacted me. I’ve been waiting for the tech department for a whole month. Last human persons I spoke to was a Nokwanda chic. She promised us the world????.
