Supersonic disgusting service

Maybe should have read the reviews here first before signing up with this company. Installed air fibre for my elderly parents in January. 3 weeks in April they are without internet. After being ignored, thrown from pillar to post Supersonic apparently handed over to MTN. Still no assistance. I then cancelled the service to be told I have to pay a penalty because it was cancelled within 24 months and that on a month-to-month contract. Then MTN called to remove the infrastructure which they did without fail, but now two days later I receive a call from an unknown number claiming to be Supersonic wanting to go and do a fault check at the property. There is not even infrastructure there any more. This company is a JOKE using independent "technicians" and zero customer support. I am literally disgusted and unfortunately I have another service with them at a different property. Heaven help me. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!
