Supersonic disconnect for no reason

its now been the 8th time i am being disconnected and their reason is i have not paid even though i did.

Everytime i have to send them the proof of payments.

This is placing my own work at risj cause i cant work without internet just cause someone at Supersonic isnt doing their job
