Worst customer support ever. Called the support line twice to report my router not working 100%. They said they have booked a call out and hasn't happened. Sent them 3 messages on Twitter over a week ago and they still haven't rep****. They take your money and don't offer any sort of service at all. POOR POOR POOR SHOW SUPERSONIC

Darryl was here yesterday and said that my Huawei router is faulty and would book a call with Huawei to come and replace the router. Please will you follow up with them and let me know when they will be coming out to replace it.
