Supersonic Customer Service: Leaves much to be desired.

If you WFH or continuously need wifi connectivity, I would not encourage you to take Supersonic packages. Getting Supersonic to attend to the calls to deal with connectivity has been a costly nightmare. Supersonic needs to improve on their communication as well. Its not for the fainhearted. 2 weeks without wifi, several calls and tickets issues, money spent on buying data, I am officially done with them!
