Supersonic customer service is horrible and useless.

I ordered a data simcard in the beginning of March, it came in April but I had already paid for the simcard in March, the sim was not activated and then the order was canceled because they couldn't get hold of me but I changed my contact details and let them know twice about it. I have called no answer , text them on whatsapp Facebook and Instagram for this sim to be activated and still nothing ! Today I cancel the simcard and tell them I want my refund, they tell me 7-21 working days once approved! But I paid over a month ago!!!! Please do not use this people as their customer service is the worst, they will not assist you no matter h9w many times you call or message them,they don't care ! I highly recommend that you get someone else as a service provider !!!
