Supersonic Customer Service does NOT exist

I have tried for 2 days now to get Supersonic out to fix my fibre line. It has been broken or disconnected in the area. I phone them continually to follow up and nothing seems to happen. I know for a fact that Huawei installed the fibre and they are the ones that need to do the repair, however, the message has not got to them yet from Supersonic. I know the issue is not with Huawei, as they have always fixed the issue promptly once they have been told about it (from experience). Supersonic is in the communications industry, but their skills at communicating sucks.

If you are thinking about Supersonic, think twice. Once connected and things work, everything is good. When stuff goes wrong (and thats when you need them) they really do suck at customer service. I would choose another provider. Unfortunately, I do not have a choice...
