Supersonic Customer Service

Supersonic is a nice service provider for internet,but there customer service is poor. They don't phone you back or don't reply to emails. There whatsapp chat is useless,because at the end they say you must give them a call. I am the client call me instead, because most of the time you have to hold on 10 to 15min.
