Supersonic Customer Service and Techinical Support

Supersonic is by far the worst ISP. I have not been able to get any technical support for the past 2-3 months. Their Whatsapp line has stopped working and your rediriected to to the support line ***. The support line sometimes doesn't take prompts when you need to choose the options. Worst of all, if you manage to get through the prompts, no one picks up the phone. I have waisted over 40 minutes of different occassion waiting for someone to answer. Absolutely pathetic!!!!
