Supersonic cooking the books?

Somehow my account has been in arrears since inception according to their billing but my statements are showing either in advance if paid before the end of the month or up to date if paid after.

How is this possible. I am showing them my statements reflecting up to date that was issued by them monthly and they provide me with another statement of the full course of the account for the past 2.5 years.

I have followed the query process and still not resolved after showing them THEIR statements issued to me. Cannot explain rather issue another statement.

I have never come across something like this.

Not a good idea when fibre prices are dropping.
