Supersonic Connectivity Issues

I have been a client with NEPIC for a long time and never had any connectivity issues. NEPIC was brilliant, however since SUPERSONIC took over our internet is so slow. Tried calling SUPERSONIC help Line & on hold constantly - even up to 17 minutes. I would not recommend SUPERSONIC, I don't have faith in SUPERSONIC.
