SUPERSONIC CONNECTIVITY

Had an outage from Friday post power outage. I have been calling Supersonic as from Friday to date , I have been asking for the ticket number logged in an email so I can submit to my work place, I have been waiting until today. I have called 5 times already today 2025/03/18 , spoken to several agents , the last one I spoke to was Tinyiko , he promised to give me a call back , he said the case has been escalated but no turn around time , I'm still waiting, supervisor Reenat was to call me back, I haven't received any feedback until now , a whole 5 days without connectivity whilst I work from home is pretty frustrating.
