Supersonic con artists

Was a client of theirs for a couple of years and when my wife past away we moved house , i followed a the required one months notice that they requested and still got confirmation from them of the cancellation, i paid for the whole of May 2021 also and asked them to disconnect immediately as no one was in the house, now 3 years later i get a call from a collection agency called Vvm stating that i have been handed over to them for an outstanding amount. After my cancellation with Supersonic not once did i receive any messages from them in regards to anything outstanding that needed to be paid and they were the once that gave me the amount that was due on cancellation.
