Supersonic Complaints
I received a poor service from numerous agents, nobody is willing to assist. Payment was made on the 28-12-2020 and I was told it is made on the incorrect account, then Winnie advised that she will log a refund request, till this day I'm still waiting for a refund, she said it take 24/72 hours, another agent said refunds are done on fridays. This is pathetic. Now I'm here without internet but I made a payment
