Supersonic charged me double in 1 month

Supersonic changed twice for data topup for my On the go router. I paid cash for the top up in Sept 2023 and sent them proof, at the end of the month they charged me for the same top up. They refused to refund me, I have explained this over and over. INV 265130 S*** On the go router issue.
