Supersonic - Call Centre does not pick up calls after waiting 19 minutes.......

eally bad company to deal with! Tried calling them yesterday and today via their call centre number. Spent over 19 minutes in total waiting on the line until I gave up as my airtime was being used. How do these people even stay in business? Lets see if Supersonic even bothers to respond....
