SUPERSONIC CALL AGENTS
Absolutely pathetic service from Supersonic. I'm was on the telephonic conversation with first line support for over 15min and I could not make her understand how to take down my mobile number. I must have said it over 10 times and put down the call eventually. Please can Supersonic employ person that can understand numbers atleast.
