Supersonic by mtn waste of time

Supersonic internet service providers are the baddest jokes in South Africa, we think eskom giving us load shedding a few hours a day is terrible my internet has been shed for over 10days in a row, yet at the end of the month th they take there money and for what I ask you?? I have made 4 calls in the space of 7 days and they all say sorry but there is no fix they are a bunch of useless people there, and the service they provide is even more so, I really hope they call me as I spoke to them at 9am and it's almost 12 now and still awaiting a manager too return my call,
