Supersonic (Brightened by MTN) is a ****
Checked coverage for Fixed LTE in my area and was successful. I selected a month to month contract with Supersonic (Brightened by MTN) and made an upfront payment. Supersonic has no record of the package I have selected and the upfront payment made despite me logging tickets showing proof of payment. I have been on the phone with Supersonic numerous times and I keep using the Whatsapp line and they keep promising me feedback. Today I have received no feedback at all using the Whatsapp chat nor calling direct. I wait on the phone is excess of 30 minutes at a time with no clarity as to what is going on with my contract.

13 Aug 2021, 10:38On the 10th of August I got a response from Supersonic stating that my order has been escalated to the Project Management Office. I was promised feedback and an ETA for my delivery. I have yet to hear any response. I have received no communication (sms's/emails) about my order been placed or when I can expect delivery. I have been on the phone everyday this week following up with my order and I keep getting the same response about my order being escalated to the PMO. I will be logging a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Please cancel my order.
