SUPERSONIC BILLING

Had issues with my line speeds and loaded a cancellation with them before my 9 month period was concluded. Got charged R899 for , that I agree with, the speed issue was resolved and I continue to use their services. Still got billed R899 for cancellation and up to date no one can get billing department for the credit being returned. Their billing department is non existent. Not the best ISP when it comes to customer services. Rather pay more and have a ISP that can deal in service as well
