Supersonic billing department is useless-stay away

You charged me for topups that I did not make use of. I queried my bill on the 1st of April and sent countless emails since then. Phoned in on Friday and nobody got back to me. Now you send me an email saying you cannot reverse topups and they will be used eventually. Pathetic service. I will not recommend Supersonic to anyone. I have had issues from day 1 and you take forever to respond to queries. I was charged for 6 topups but only made use of 2! I have emails and chats as proof!
