Supersonic - battling to give service

Truly amazing that there are o many complaints about this company. It seems that no one is actually knowing what they are doing. We have been logging a fault around the VOIP system at our home. A technician came out to evaluate the problem, made some recommendations and then disappeared into thin air. We never received the promised quotation or a follow-up. All our inquiries and complaints goes unanswered. The service help line takes ages to answer the phone and then they cannot help either. They have no clue around the technician that came. My last call today, I hold on for ages just to be given a wrong number to call for the VOIP section.
