Supersonic bad service delivery

I decided to get supersonic as my wifi service provider i checked their coverage of my area and they said they do cover that area and joined and payed for a fiber line just to wait over weeks for an update which never came i had to phone them and ask them what is the hold up and while im on the phone with them i start recieving messages saying they don't cover my area and they have cancelled my order without me asking for it to be cancelled i then asked the operator what is this and her reply is sorry sir we cancelled it and then try to offer me another service i declined.

Now they must refund me which will take 21 days so now I've list more than a month without any wifi to use for my business at home.

This is really unprofessional and a very bad service to use in my life I've never had such bad service. When i sent a message on their ****ty app that im reporting it on here (hello peter) i then receive a call from them wanting to know why ... Really go get ****.d.
