Supersonic - Bad service!! Again!!!

Few years back, I had a huge problem with Supersonic. The staryed to deduct another person's service from my bank account. After multiple times of try to contact them, they just ignore you flat-out. To resolve this case, I needed to lay a complaint at ICASA to resolve the issue.

Now, after a few years, I am forced to use their services again. AND like clockwork, I habe an issue again. On monday 24/8/26 I placed an order with them for Airfibre. Today, 31/8/26, not even ONE email/call/text/whatsapp about the order. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Feel I can climb the walls due to frustration.

No wonder that Supersonic is most bad rated ISP in the country!!! They want business, but they treat their potensial as well as current clients like absolute ****.

If it was not due to the fact that I realy this product, I would have cancelled it again after the initial 7 day.
